  These sandwiches are handcrafted, just like our beer. Each one is made to order and during busy times, can take a while to prepare. If you're in a huge hurry, or running short on time or patience, you might want to try a local fast food joint. Otherwise, enjoy a beer, and we'll let you know when your food is ready! All sandwiches locally-made el matador tortilla chips come toasted hot unless ordered cold and are served with a pickle spear
